We love their pot pie meal and the mashed potato bowl but their fried chicken isn't as good as it used to be. We brought home a few nine piece tenders boxes for dinner with our young grandchildren but they hardly ate it because the breading they use has too much pepper in it now. It's a shame because their chicken is very moist and tastes good.
How hard is it to get a three item order correct. Three stars for the biscuit. No stars for service! Instead of having the take out window guy laughing and joking with the kitchen people, maybe he could read the order screen and see I ordered potato wedges not mashed potato with gravy. Mac and cheese was nasty, usually it is not. Very disappointed with this visit. Probaly will be the last at this location.
Not many places offer you free ice cream when eating in....love KFC
Very slow, staff didn't know what they were doing, also female who was filling inside counter orders kept wiping her forehead and face. At one point she licked her fingers. Not once while I was here did she wash her hands or sanitize. And this girl has no customer service skills. Very unfriendly disposition. Her name is Alison and decided to argue with me when i asked her questions and told me what i ordered that i definitely didnt order. No manager anywhere near the place that had a clue.
The addition of the donuts served during meals from nearby donkun make this place the best kfc
