My experience was wonderful. Not only did the two ladies take the time to explain it to so I understood what they were showing me but also took a ton of time showing me different items to help narrow down my search. All in all it was a good day at the store!!

They have ties to the community which is always positive when considering major purchases. They were able to identify what I was looking for before I was. While very attentive, they were not overly aggressive and they respected my budget. Your sales staff are the gems in your jewelry store! Murphy Jewelers is the only place I go for that planed or last minute gift. The owner always takes the time to come over and shake hands with the customers and engage in social conversations. Sales associate Eve is always accommodating to my budget, professional and friendly. Also she is nice on the eyes. Despite what the billboards around say, Murphy Jewelers IS the best jeweler in Schuylkill County.
Chris was awesome! Came in to clean my wife's engagement ring, and Chris promptly helped us get everything set up not only for her engagement ring, but also both of our wedding bands.
