Wait times beyond excessive. Finally saw dr an hour and a half after scheduled appointment time. Shameful.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. ALL OF THE DOCTORS ARE RUDE AND WILL TELL YOU PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PATIENTS. THERE WILL BE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IF NOT ALREADY! WHEN YOU GET DONE WAITING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR AN HOUR THEN THEY STICK YOU IN THIS SMALL BLAND ROOM JUST WAIT ANOTHER HALF HOUR TO 45 MINUTES AND LISTEN TO THEIR PATHETIC STAFF GOSSIP ABOUT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU CANT AFFORD A PAYMENT THEY WON'T WORK WITH YOU BUT INSTEAD THEY WILL SEND YOU OUTRAGEOUS LATE FEES AND SEND YOU TO A COLLECTION ANGENCY. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ANSWERING LINE NURSES. IT'S A DISGRACE TO NURSES FOR THEM "NURSES" ON THE ANSWERING SERVICE TO BE CALLED ONE OF THEM.
I would rate it higher if I could. I've been seeing Dr. Zimmerman for over 20 years. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor and makes you feel at ease. 21 years ago, He resolved an issue I was having for 4 and 1/2 years that other medical providers couldn't figure out even after extensive testing. He did my initial exam, immediately saw the problem, had me go to have a procedure done a few days later and have not had the issue since that time!
I have been attending in this place and is the best one I ever have gone.
I've had a pretty good experience with them. They are geniunly concerned about you as a person and the scheduling nurses always accomadate me when I can't make a certain date. There is a new doc her name is April I believe she is wonderful, looking forward to keep going here because of her.
