I really miss the local family owned appliance stores of years ago that knew the definition of customer service

Just awful not going to purchase anything that needs to be delivered from here again! Went and bought a stand up freezer and our name got dropped off the list not once but twice to be delivered! All they did was apologize and say there is nothing we can do! We rearrange plans twice to wait for a delivery/phone call as well. They do not handle their business well.

We were at The paint department today n we had couple of questions to ask. Person work at the department is like 18 yrs old or so n she can't realy answer the question we asked, even she answered us I don't think we would be trusting her since she's half of our age. I think u need to place some one in that department with alot more experience so customers can be happy. We're going to different store.

Ildy, in Appliances was so very helpful, making my shopping experience one of my best, EVER- THANK YOU! I really get overwhelmed when I start to over think, bc I had no clue on what I was doing & she truly demonstrates PHENOMINAL Customer Serice!

Computer showed it was on site

TWO hours later we were told , no, it’s not here, we can’t physically see it.

Waited TWO hours to then be told the appliance we wanted to buy was not in stock

I'm not really one to go & comment on an experience, unless it's horrible- but these two, they are well deserving of praise! They sold me & I now plan on shopping Lowes for any household need! THANK YOU, AGAIN & GOD BLESS

I was prepared to buy a refrigerator, a chest freezer, and a mini refrigerator plus misc items in our cart

Lowes lost out on a $1000+ sale that day, but no one in that store cared

Jeff, who delivered and installed my Dishwasher, is right up there with her, he left my home the way it was, if not better, than when he got here! Any slight mess (ex-dust from drilling) he vacuumed it right up. Wasn't cold shouldered like most people, wanting to get the job done in a hurry & be out. He took his time (& not over extended & drug out like some) & rechecked his work- it was thoroughly done.

Needed new stove hood,had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes for employee to get it down,staff very nice and it was a good price
