#1 is the competing television and music noise. Why do they need both? And why so loud? When I was waiting to go in for my surgery they had a little tiny waiting room and a TV was playing The View. Those women do nothing but talk over each other and they never shut up. Then there's the audience noise. It's all very loud and there's no escape. On top of that, the nurses have music playing just a few feet away! What you need before surgery is something call and soothing, not this cacophany of noises and people arguing about the government on TV.
I lost a lot of money leaving work early because he could never make an appointment after 4. No evening or weekend appointments, either. So I would leave work early lose an hour of work and then he would be at least an hour late! I even called ahead and they assured me he was on time. I got there and guess what? Yep.
