I told the representative I needed a bigger car and he replied they did not have one. I told him my reservation was made in advance and I needed a bigger car. With no help from him I took the compact car and had to leave alot of my stuff behind. Now I have to take another day off work and drive 10 hours round trip to get the rest of my belongings. Not happy with enterprise
Rent here for work often they are always polite and go out of their way to get the kind of vehicle I need

I reserved a mid size car on 12/26/2017 Because I needed the size to get all my things in it to return home. They didnt have a pick up ride I had to get a taxi costing me 20.00. When I was giving the keys to my car it was a compact car not big enough to transport my belongings
