Every time I go to Heaven and Earth, the staff makes me feel like I am the most important person they have ever met! They are so kind and wonderful that I have even asked the owner if they train their staff to be so kind; her response was that they are just themselves. I am pampered beyond belief while I am there, always leave with a complimentary makeup or makeup touch up, and, best of all, my hair has NEVER looked better! I am 60 years old, and I have never had such a fabulous cut; I can bob my ear length hair, wear it curly (natural), flip it, wear it straight, or wear it behind my ears...the possibilities are endless and I always feel fabulous because I know my hair looks great no matter the style. Awesome service and my appointment was on time. My hair cut was excellent! This is the only place I've ever gone and set up an appointment for another appointment immediately after I was finished.
I went to Giusi and she did exactly what I wanted. She is very talented and took time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my hair! I had such a good experience at heaven and earth!
